HOW TO BOOK A COURT
Membership is not required to reserve a court at STADE IGA. There are special rates and reservation privileges for Accès Montréal cardholders. Reservations can be made by phone by calling 514-273-1234 or in person.
BOOKING REGULATIONS
Accès Montréal cardholders may reserve a court up to three days in advance as of 8:30 p.m. by telephone or 9 p.m. in person. Customers benefit from a $5 discount on indoor court reservations and a $2 discount on outdoor court reservations.
All other players may reserve a court two days in advance.
Reservations are limited to two hours per day per person.
Players who are 17 years of age and under can reserve a court three days in advance as of 7 a.m. with a valid Accès Montréal card. Proof of age is required. In the event that there is no player aged 17 years and under, clients will pay a penalty of $20 and the junior player will have their reservation privilege revoked for a period of three months.
Waiting List
Players who cannot reserve a court on the web at the desired time may contact the IGA Stadium reception by phone or come in person to register on the waiting list. No email requests will be accepted.
To ensure fair treatment of all players, the reception desk will contact players by phone in the order of their registration, when a court corresponding to their request (surface and schedule) becomes available.
If the player does not answer the call or if he/she refuses the court offered, the IGA Stadium reception will offer the court to the users registered after him/her.

On site
Players must register and pay the court fees at the front desk of STADE IGA.
Accès Montréal cardholders must show their card to obtain the reduced rate.
Players have access to the locker rooms, which are equipped with showers. Towels and personal hygiene products are not provided.
Cancellation policy
Court reservations should be cancelled at least 12 hours before the court time.
*If the court is not reserved by other players and all the other courts are occupied, the player must pay the court fees before making another reservation.
Please note that court fees must be paid before the signal indicating the start of the hour. Otherwise, the court will immediately be made available to other players, unless you have previously informed the receptionist of your late arrival.
In case of rain
Court fees are non-refundable.
If the rain begins in the first 30 minutes of play, players will receive a credit valid for one hour of court time. The credit only applies to outdoor court reservations.
Should indoor courts be available, players may continue to play indoors, paying the difference in price.

STADE IGA is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Holidays
STADE IGA is open on holidays, except December 25 and January 1.
